The National organization of the Lutheran Pioneers is divided into four regions. Each region is headed up by a 'Regional Director' (RD). Under the RD, in this structure, are the 'National Train Advisors (NTA's). The duty of the NTA is to start new Trains in their district and re-activate Trains that are no longer active.
