Have these details ready.

Train number, church, city, and state.
Trainmaster contact details, additional leaders, and pastor information.
Total boys in K to 12, boys’ names and grades, and parent email addresses.

Boys and parent emails

One boy per line: name, grade, parent email. The main purpose is to collect parent emails for national event notices. If you skip this, you will need to forward those notices to families yourself.

Annual Train fees

$20 per boy, capped at $200 per Train per year. Fees are waived for the first year, or partial year, after a Train is chartered. Contact the national office about other waivers.

How do you wish to pay your annual Train fees? I will pay train fees now using a debit or credit card.Please email an invoice so that I or my congregation can mail a check.I believe I will owe no train fees for this year.
