Lutheran Pioneers is hosting an awesome fellowship event that you don't want to miss. A quick look at the logo above is just a glimpse at a few of the activities we have planned for the whole family.
Not only have we already made the reservations, planned the activities, and booked the entertainment; we are going to go one step further. We are going to do all the cooking!! Two meals a day!! Hot breakfasts! Great Dinners!! Brats, Burgers, BBQ Chicken, and even a Pig Roast.
ACTIVITIES
Archery Range - Giant Slip n Slide - Bounce House - Biking - Campfire Singalongs - Zip-Lining - Bags Tournament - Pine Car Demo Derby - Flying Drones - Remote Control Vehicles - Tie-dyeing (bring your own shirt or other item to dye)- BB Gun range - .22 cal. Gun Range - Worship service w/guitar - Bible Study - Bingo - and the list keeps growing.... (a schedule of events will be posted) Just added: Building and launching model rockets!!. Again this year, there will also be two new opportunities time will be allotted for you to go Trout Fishing, Horseback riding and/or visit Old World Wisconsin at your own expense. See details at the bottom of this page. Time will also be allotted for canoeing on a local lake. (Sign up for these times when you arrive)
Cost
$25.00 per day per person over 4 years old. This includes all of the activities, entertainment, and two meals per day. Seriously !! A Family of 4 could have 5 days and 4 nights for $500. That is already a bargain! BUT ......
BUT SAVE 12% with advance purchase before June 1, 2025. When purchased in advance of June 1, the cost is just $22.00 per person per day. (4 and under are free).
Lodging is available in the area. (book your own hotel) ......OR ....... bring your tent, camper, or RV and stay on site for no additional cost. (including electric and water hookup)
Can't stay the whole time - no worries - come for any number of days you wish.

Advanced Purchase Pricing - Registration before June 20, 2025, and payment before June 30, 2025.
Standard Pricing - Registration and payment must be received before June 30, 2025.

OFF-SITE ACTIVITIES FOR THURSDAY AND FRIDAY FREE TIME
NEWTHIS YEAR - TROUT FISHING - NO EQUIPMENT or license NEEDED (In fact you must use their equipment) During our free time on Thursday or Friday, you may choose to visit Rushing Waters near Palmyra. You must keep what you catch and pay by the pound. Don't worry we will have a freezer on site, to store your catch until you head home.

Horseback Riding - Thursday or Friday at the Wild3L Ranch (The Kettle Moraine Ranch we have used in the past is no longer offering horseback riding) Horseback rides go through the Kettle Moraine State Park trails and cost around $75 per person.

Old World Wisconsin - Feel free to go to Old World Wisconsin on Thursday or Friday between noon and 4pm (when they close). This is an incredible step back in history in an outdoor museum of local culture and an awesome place to visit.
Adults (13-64): $20 - Seniors (65+): $18 - Children (5-12): $13 - Children Under 5: FREE - Pay at their gate when you go.
